How does my digital wardrobe work?
Your Wardrobe syncs automatically with purchases from both the brand's main store and the preloved marketplace. We securely match your orders to your account using your email address and phone number.
Why can't I see my items in my wardrobe?
It can take a few minutes after you've signed up for items to appear in your wardrobe. If you don't see your purchased items, here's how to add them:
- Used a different email at checkout? Go to your Profile and add any additional email addresses - we'll sync your past orders automatically.
- Search our Catalogue for your missing item; we'll pre-fill the details so you can quickly list it.
- If your item isn't in the catalogue, simply add it manually by entering the details yourself.
