How does shipping work?
Shipping is built directly into the marketplace. Sellers choose from pre-approved couriers, and buyers see delivery rates at checkout. A QR code or label is automatically generated and sent to the seller, or you can access it by viewing your order in Sales and Purchases. Both buyer and seller receive updates at each stage of delivery.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer covers shipping costs. Sellers must use the prepaid label provided and ship the item within 5 days (most ship within 1 - 2 days).
Is shipping insurance included?
Yes, your item is insured for its value, and you'll be refunded if it's lost in transit.
When will my item arrive?
You can track your order using the tracking link found on your purchase page. Just go to Sales and Purchases, find your purchase, and the tracking link will be available there.
How long do I have to post a sold item?
Please post your item as soon as possible, and within 5 days. Orders not posted in time will be cancelled.
Is international shipping supported?
Yes, international shipping is supported via our pre-approved couriers. All shipments are tracked and insured for peace of mind.
How do I choose the right parcel size?
- Small Parcel: Up to 500g. Ideal for light T-shirts, shirts or small clothing.
- Medium Parcel: Up to 1kg. Suitable for jeans, jackets etc.
- Large Parcel: Up to 2kg. Best for bulky items like coats, trainers, heavy knitwear or multiple clothing pieces.
Please note that items weighing 5 - 20kg belong to the heavy category and cannot be sent with the generated shipping label. You will need to arrange a courier service for these items.
Postage costs can vary by size, weight, and destination. Please check the latest rates with the relevant courier.
