When will I receive my payment?

Funds are held securely in escrow and released after the buyer confirms they've received the item, or automatically after 2 days - whichever comes first.

How will I get paid?

Depending on the brand, you'll receive either cash or store credit once the buyer accepts the order, or automatically after 2 days.

How do I access my store credit?

You will receive an email with your store credit code once the buyer has confirmed satisfactory receipt of your item. You can also find your store credit codes under Store Credit. Please note you can only use store credit on the brand's main store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Amex. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile. Payment methods may differ from the brand's main store.

Where can I spend my store credit?

Store credit can be used exclusively on the brand's main website and can be applied at checkout. Your total will be reduced by the amount of credit available on your account.
